Aren’t sex offenders supposed to report to some sort of officer on any status update? Especially violent offenders. It seems to me that this should have been red flagged and the police shouldve been notified and intervened. And was the congregation aware because I would assume then the church would be equally guilty. It is pathetic how blind people are when they feel secure. The truth is the signs are always there we choose to ignore them because we are afraid of the truth and the repercussions that often come attached.
