“Cenk Uygur (http://www.twitter.com/cenkuygur) host of The Young Turks discusses the most recent comments by Jordan King Abdullah II who claims that ISIS is not an example of Islamic Extremists.

During an interview with CNN’s Fareed Zakaria, the Jordanian King stated that he agreed with earlier statements from U.S. President Obama and believed that members of ISIS were ‘outlaws’ on the outside of the established religion of Islam that boasts over one billion members. He added that ISIS is simply looking for a legitimate face for its organization and that its members ‘do not have any relation to [the Islamic] faith’.

This comes after weeks of reporting by Fox News that favored King Abdullah II as a strong leader over what they perceived as an ineffectiveness by President Obama.”

Is ISIS an Islamic Extremist organization, or are they simply trying to claim the title for their own ends? Tell us what you think in the comments below.
