A Baltimore teacher was placed on administrative leave and a 17-year-old student was charged with assault after the two brawled in the hallway of Carter Vocational Technical School last Friday. WBAL published a cell phone video of the fight, in which you can hear the teacher threaten to kill the student. The teacher is the one wearing black pants and a grey top.
