Science shows that more men approach women who smile at them. A study called “Giving men the come on” found that when a women smiled at a man in a bar, he approached her 60% of the time, compared to less than 20% when there was no smiling. It seems like men need a little encouragement before they’ll approach a stranger, and not your bitch face!

Here’s some tips on how to turn that frown upside down!

1. Practice your smile in the mirror
2. Try natural remedies for brightening your teeth – like lemon and strawberry.
3. Buy a tooth whitening kit.
4. If you really don’t like smiling – at least do “The Smize” – smiling with your eyes, made famous by Kim Kardashian.
