“Cenk Uygur (http://www.twitter.com/cenkuygur) host of The Young Turks discusses Iran’s new response to U.S. President Obama’s negotiation attempt to freeze Iran’s nuclear plans by ten years.

President Obama sets out to demand that the Iranian nuclear plan cease by at least ten years. Iran’s Foreign Minister calls this demand as threatening and unacceptable. They have no plans to cease not just their pursuit of nuclear power but possibly their plans to obtain nuclear weapons as well.

U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry stepped forward to say that negotiations will continue. Others involved in the negotiation, such as the German Minister for Foreign Affairs Frank-Walter Steinmeier stayed optimistic, claiming that they were still making more progress than had been seen in years between the nations involved.”

Was this a good move by Obama, or did he go too far? Let us know what you think in the comments.
