About 14% of China’s youths may be addicted to the Internet according to a psychologist who runs a rehab center.

Some get treatment at rehab centers, but others are apparently taking matters into their “own hands”..

One teen who claims to be addicted to the Internet cut off his own hand to resist the urge to go online.
