These the the amazing scenes as two women, believed to be sisters, begin fighting while whitewater rafting in rural North Carolina.

The pair are going down river on an inflatable raft when for some reason they begin grappling with each other.

The woman steering the boat can be clearly heard saying: ‘Sisters, sisters, stop it.’

The incident was filmed on the Nantahala River Gorge in North Carolina.

One of the fighting women manages to knock the crash helmet from her opponent’s head while trying to shove her over the side into the water.

As the instructor struggles to keep control of the raft, one of the women shouts, ‘I didn’t do anything to you’.
