“A 38-year-old Kansas woman who lost custody of her 11-year-old son and faces charges that could send her to prison for 30 years over her use of medical marijuana was released on bail last week.
Shona Banda, who has a severely debilitating case of Crohn’s disease, now prepares for the fight of her life — one that her attorney is hoping will not just keep her client out of prison and restore custody of her child, but one that she hopes will cripple “absurd, archaic and outdated marijuana laws that should have been changed decades ago” in Kansas and the rest of the United States.

It would be interesting to know if anesthesia person at hosp #1 was an MD or CRNA.
And if the anesthesia person at compliant hosp #2 was a CRNA or MD. In any event, was an anesthesia workup performed to determine if anesthesia was safe for this patient? If we all have the right to remain silent, we all should have the right not to be repeatedly anally probed, or was the cop demanding this abomination a anal pervert standing by as a witness/observer getting a hard on as the victim was internally hosed, viewed, probed, etc. And let me guess, observer photos were taken by cops as “evidence”. Where are they, in cops personal album? Were copies made? Where are they?? What are the races of victim and cops? Anally focused Cop has a background in backside inspections, absolutely.! And that will be exposed eventually. What hospital staff were involved? Write-ups or firings, license sanctions may be in order.
