Officer Daniel Pantaleo of the NYPD placed Eric Garner in an illegal chokehold and killed him over untaxed cigarettes. A grand jury in Staten Island decided not to indict Pantaleo despite video evidence of him using excessive force. I share my unfiltered comments on this miscarriage of justice in this video.
